Fascias, Soffit and Guttering

Roofline offer a high quality range of products. Manufactured in strong PVC-u, we can offer you a choice of five solid colours of White, Rosewood, Mahogany, Light Oak, or Black that will not fade, flake or scratch off, hence it doesn’t need painting.

The fascia supports the bottom row of tiles and slates and usually supports the guttering. It also closes the gap between the rafters. The fascia often supports the outer edge of the soffit board (if one exists). When putting up new fascias, soffits and bargeboards or replacing them, one option is to fit PVC-u. This will save on maintenance and look great. There is no repainting and cleaning requires a wipe down with a damp cloth.

Correctly positioned overhangs such as verandahs, eave and soffits can dramatically reduce the impact that sun, wind and rain can have on homes and can save homeowners money on heating, cooling and maintenance costs. We can replace or cap over and fit an eave end protection system if required.
